Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and nothing on this site removes it.

To cancel, email customerservice@skarstudio.store with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

RETURNS

Items must come back unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags still attached. If an item comes back worn or altered, we can reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. Use a tracked service. Until it reaches us it is your responsibility.

We do not offer exchanges. Return it for a refund and place a new order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email customerservice@skarstudio.store with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage and you get a full refund, including your original delivery cost.

REFUNDS

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you showing us proof you have sent it. Depending on your bank the money can take a few working days to appear.
