Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and much of Asia. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

UK delivery is £4.95 on a tracked service. European Union delivery is £14.99. United States, Canada and Australia are £23.99. Asia is £29.99.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 10 working days of the drop closing. Drops are packed by hand in small runs, so the first few days after a launch are the busiest and orders may take the full 10 days. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

DELIVERY

UK orders are sent on a tracked service and usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. European and rest of world orders are tracked and typically take 5 to 14 working days, depending on the destination and customs. All delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed, as the carrier is outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT

Orders outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duty, customs fees or local VAT by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, we can refund the item but not the delivery cost.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email customerservice@skarstudio.store straight away and we will change it if the parcel has not already gone. We cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you gave us incorrectly.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your tracking has not moved for 7 working days in the UK, or 21 working days internationally, email customerservice@skarstudio.store with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we will refund or replace it.
